Sit yourself down with some placemats!

A great thing to do with a pile of scraps is quilt a bunch of PLACEMATS! These were great for experimenting with different kinds of quilting. The funky-looking ones usually go in my personal pile (placemats, plantmats, !kitty food mats) and the nicer ones I'll make a few of for a set. Also a good way to practice free motion stuff (some of these were so bad I tossed 'em!) Wish I had taken better pics (made a bunch of sets of four for Christmas presents). I only took pictures of one of the sets and its a terrible phone picture :( Approx size: 9x13, 2 1/2" binding strips.
